1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on GStar58, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager through the GStar58 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the GStar58 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform. These documents are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the agreement between you and GStar58.

These Terms apply to all users of the GStar58 platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the GStar58 service. If you are using the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

GStar58 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, GStar58 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the GStar58 platform following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the GStar58 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming. GStar58 strictly enforces this age restriction and will not knowingly permit any person under 21 to register or use the platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons may not register as players on GStar58.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of GStar58, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless GStar58 has provided explicit written consent.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the GStar58 platform, or be subject to a self-exclusion order that remains in effect.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

By registering an account on GStar58, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this Section 2. GStar58 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility requirements are not met.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of GStar58 services, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, and to update such information promptly if it changes. GStar58 relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process payments, and comply with applicable regulatory obligations.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active GStar58 account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where GStar58 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended or permanently closed, and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GStar58 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify GStar58 support immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

GStar58 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time GStar58 deems necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

GStar58 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as published on the platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your GStar58 account balance upon confirmation of receipt. GStar58 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. GStar58 will process approved withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. GStar58 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.3 Fees

GStar58 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside GStar58's control. GStar58 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the GStar58 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on GStar58 are subject to the general betting rules set out in this Section 5, as well as any game-specific rules published within the relevant game on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these general rules and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

• A bet is considered accepted and binding once it has been confirmed by the GStar58 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after acceptance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on GStar58. These limits are displayed within each game and may be adjusted by GStar58 at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a bet, GStar58 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the player's account balance.
• GStar58 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed in circumstances that GStar58 reasonably believes constitute abuse of the platform.
• Winnings are credited to your GStar58 account balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant game or event.
• All game outcomes on GStar58 are determined by certified random number generation systems. GStar58 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

GStar58 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the relevant offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any bonus before accepting it.

• Bonuses are credited to your GStar58 account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• GStar58 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including where GStar58 reasonably suspects that a player is abusing the promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• GStar58 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds — and any winnings derived from those bonus funds — where it determines that a player has breached the applicable bonus terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the GStar58 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time; impersonating another person; using a stolen or unauthorized payment method.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on GStar58.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets or interact with the GStar58 platform without prior written consent from GStar58.
• Money Laundering: Using the GStar58 platform to launder money or to facilitate any other financial crime.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in respect of deposits made to your GStar58 account.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register as a player if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to use your account.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the GStar58 platform — including but not limited to the GStar58 name, logo, trademarks, game designs, graphics, software, text, and data — is the exclusive property of GStar58 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the GStar58 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the GStar58 platform without the prior written consent of GStar58. Any unauthorized use of GStar58 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, GStar58 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the GStar58 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

GStar58 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. GStar58 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the platform.

In no event shall GStar58's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your GStar58 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

GStar58 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the GStar58 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on GStar58, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

GStar58 complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. GStar58 may share your data with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers where required by law or necessary to operate the platform.

11 Responsible Gaming

GStar58 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Age Restriction: The GStar58 platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We enforce this requirement at registration and through ongoing account monitoring.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their GStar58 account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Reminders: GStar58 provides optional session time reminders to help players manage the time they spend on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: The GStar58 Analysis dashboard provides players with transparent data on their betting activity, including session P&L, deposit-to-loss ratios, and streak alerts.

12 Termination

GStar58 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where GStar58 reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where termination is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, GStar58 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, including any pending bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, GStar58 will return any remaining real-money balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

You may close your GStar58 account at any time by contacting GStar58 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable verification procedures.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the GStar58 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

GStar58 will make reasonable efforts to resolve player complaints promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint regarding the platform, please contact GStar58 support in the first instance. GStar58 will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
